Role & Responsibility:

• New Product launching (Must have knowledge of data analysis i.e., research of potential molecules, knowledge of current pharma market, primary & secondary research)
• Must have knowledge of preparing brand plan
• Responsible for monitoring field force for primary & secondary sales
• Planning and Designing of scientific promotional inputs i.e. Product Monograph, Visual Aid, LBL's & Scientific Literatures and co-ordination with our graphical designers for the same.
• Providing training to field force (Which includes preparing agenda & training materials)
• Joint field work with the field staff when needed
• Handling Doctor Interaction / CME
• Responsible for preparing visit plan, sample planning, gift input planning & implementing strategy to build relationships with customers & generate secondary sales
• Co-ordination with vendors & dispatch department for promotional materials.
