Project Management, To Include
- Constantly scan the market and have up-to-date material price schedules
- Quantify and verify all works done on sites.
- Verify measurements of all works for certification purposes.
- Prepare monthly cost reports
- Prepare cost estimates and projections to guide decision making
- Continuously track project costs and expenditure and timely alert the Cost Manager when cost overruns arise.
- Carry out commercial reviews for change orders and variation applications for approval
- Carry out value Engineering reviews
- Participate in Project site Meetings
- Participate in business Generation on behalf of the business
Qualifications

- 3 - 5 years of experience within Project Management
- Commercial project experience is required
